Due to state laws prohibiting the direct shipment of wines, Fruit Forward is currently able to ship to the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. Because state laws are constantly changing, this list may change from time to time.

All monthly subscriptions will ship approximately the first week of each month. If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt to deliver will be made. Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time.

AN ADULT SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED BY LAW FOR ALL DELIVERIES!

By law, purchasers of alcoholic beverages must be at least 21 years old. You may not legally order any products containing alcohol from Fruit Forward unless you are at least 21 years of age. Additionally, you may not purchase products containing alcohol as gifts for anyone who is under the age of 21.

Someone aged 21 or older must be present to sign for and accept any packages containing alcoholic beverages from us. If nobody of legal age is available to sign for and accept your packages, they will not be left.

ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE SOLD IN OREGON AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER IN OREGON.

We make no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any state outside Oregon. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you.
